I will match your pace and ability and guide you on a gentle, fact-filled, scenic jog around the world-famous Liverpool waterfront.
I am a local guide who loves Liverpool and will help you get a glimpse of this fantastic city all from the comfort of your running shoes! We’ll aim for around 1 mile, maybe more depending how you feel, so expect to be out jogging for say 20-30 mins.
So if you want to get some fresh air, stretch those calves, come back feeling refreshed and energised, and have a little bit of history and humour thrown-in then this is for you.
